Due to the Covid-19 pan­dem­ic, this year’s HAM RADIO in Friedrichshafen had to be can­celled as so many oth­er events world wide.

DARC decid­ed to offer instead an online event, the HAM RADIOn­line from June 26th to June 29th. This online event will fea­ture many inter­est­ing top­ics relat­ed to our hob­by, such as oper­at­ing and broad­cast­ing tech­nol­o­gy, hon­ors, talk groups and inter­views. In charge of this online event is the Soft­ware Defined Radio Acad­e­my team and the “Fas­ci­na­tion HAM RADIO” crew. HAM RADIOn­line will start on Fri­day, June 26th evening (CEST).

Fur­ther­more, the event organ­i­sa­tion com­pa­ny “Messe Friedrichshafen” is pre­sent­ing a vir­tu­al trade fair at https://www.hamradio-friedrichshafen.com/news/2020/virtual-fair-presents-novelties/ where exhibitors will present var­i­ous prod­uct innovations.

Togeth­er, the DARC and the event orga­niz­ers are thus cre­at­ing a vir­tu­al trade fair expe­ri­ence bring­ing the vol­un­teers, deal­ers and man­u­fac­tur­ers to your home.
