DESCRIPTION:The 19th International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) Region 3 Conf
 erence will be held from 4th to 8th November 2021 in Bangkok\, Thailand. T

  Radio Amateur Society of Thailand (RAST). The Conference is the supreme a
 uthority of the IARU Region 3\, and each Member Society should participate
  to decide future policies for administrative\, operational\, and technica
 l\, and financial matters. The conference will also include the election o
 f officers for the next three-year period.
