Aware­ness: Informed the IARU Band Plan doc­u­ments to Mem­ber Soci­eties in Region 3, for the reference.

Two input doc­u­ments (input doc­u­ment 031 and 039) in the 18th IARU Region 3 Con­fer­ence are for the Band­plan work­ing par­ty discussions. 

As one of con­clu­sion of Band­plan activ­i­ties, the for­mer com­mit­tee of the Band­plan Work­ing Par­ty was divid­ed into 2 groups; Refer­ring to Con­tact of the IARU R3 Direc­tors & Officers.
